This is my final entry to the chaat event. I hope you all enjoyed the chaats that were posted this month. “Dahi” means yogurt and along with chutneys, it lends a tangy flavor to this snack. Once the papdis were made, I had to safeguard them for this chaat because they were quite addictive on its own.
There really is nothing much to the recipe. You just top it with the ingredients. As always, chaats are versatile and you can add or omit an ingredient.
Dahi(Yogurt) Papdi Chaat

Crunchy snack.
Ingredients:
- papdi - 7 - 8

- potatoes - 1 medium - boiled and coarsely mashed
- garbanzo - 2 - 3 tbsp (mookadalai / channa)
- yogurt - 3 - 4 tbsp

- green chutney - 2 - 3 tbsp

- tamarind chutney - 2 - 3 tbsp

- onion - 1 - 2 tbsp
- cilantro - 1 - 2 tbsp (coriander leaves)
- sev - 2 - 3 tbsp

Instructions:
Whisk yogurt. Arrange papdi's on a plate. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
