Broccoli is certainly not everybody’s favorite. Yeah, I used to be that way too initially, but now I like broccoli more than cauliflower. Even writing that makes me feel weird !!. When did those mini trees become my favorite? I would like to call this fry / curry as a powerhouse of nutrients packed with flavor from the fenugreek seeds and garlic. Now why do most healthy stuff taste bitter or have no taste? Fenugreek seeds are bitter, but on soaking they transform into something so tasty that you forget that it was bitter in the first place. This curry also uses only chilly powder and salt allowing the vegetables to speak for itself. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
