I love soups. They are so easy to put together and is also filling with the addition of beans, pasta and so on. A while ago while shopping in the big cities we happened to try the black bean soup at Panera. I liked its simplicity and humble flavor and created my version of black bean soup inspired by this. Recently I made this for a birthday party and the guests loved it. It has no fancy ingredients and the flavoring is mainly from cumin. Off to the recipe.
