I am sure everyone loves simple side dishes that take less time to prepare and still taste great. This fry falls in that category. Can we ever go wrong with garlic? On a visit to a friend’s house, we were served potatoes with garlic. I love ginger flavor in potatoes, but have never tried garlic. Added it to my list and loved the taste. Given that potatoes are so versatile and is one of the vegetables that I can find in abundance in the stores here, this is going to be on the menu quite often. I used the mandolin slicer to slice the potatoes, but you can just dice them into small pieces if needed. Off to the recipe.
