If you are looking for a simple mushroom recipe, this is the one. Mushrooms were never on my favorite list until I figured the right way to cook them. Indian spices jazz up any dish and mushroom is no exception. The marinade adds a lot of flavor to the mushrooms and this dish goes perfectly with rice or flat bread. It also involves no grinding of spices and that makes this a quick dish. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did. Off to the recipe.
