Although the corn season is beginning to fade, you can still find corn here and there. This is a simple and healthy snack with corn and summer vegetables. There is no hard and fast rule with this snack, use as much or as little of the vegetables. You can also add different items like pineapple and so on. It takes minutes to put together and is a perfect snack for the evenings. The small chunks of corn add nice texture and mild sweetness. Off to the recipe.

Healthy snack with corn.
- corn - 2 cups
- tomatoes - 1/2 cup
- onion - 1/4 cup
- cucumber - 3/4 cup
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
- chaat masala - 1.5 tsp
- lemon juice - 4 tsp
Boil or steam the corn and slice the kernels.
Combine salt, pepper, chaat masala and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over corn, tomatoes, onion and cucumber taken in a bowl. Toss to combine.

1. Steam or boil the corn.2. Slice off the kernels.3. Take corn, onion, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl.4. Mix salt, pepper, chaat masala and lemon juice.5. Pour over the corn mixture.6. Toss to combine. Serve.
