The roundup of Dish it Out is here and I am overjoyed at the participation of my friends. Thanks a lot for making this maiden event of mine a success. I received a total of 37 entries and I am amazed at the various ways spinach and garlic can be used. I appreciate and thank everyone who sent in their entries, but there is one person who blew me off by sending in a lot of entries for both my events. As a token of appreciation from me I am sending her a small gift.
That person is none other than Sangee Vijay of ‘Typical Indian Cooking’. Thanks Sangee for your participation and do send me your contact details to vardhiniskitchen(at)gmail(dot)com. The picture of the gift is attached at the end.
This month ‘Dish it Out’ is hosted by Kalyani (Mom Chef) of ‘What’s Cooking’ and the ingredients are Mushroom and Onions. Do send in your entries before July 31st. Also if anyone is interested in hosting ‘Dish it Out’ in future do check out the hosting schedule and let me know.
