The roundup of the zucchini event is here and to be frank I was skeptical to choose zucchini since that is a vegetable I use only in a couple of dishes. But the event helped me try various things with zucchini and thanks to everyone for participating. We have 27 interesting entries and this roundup comes at a perfect time where the gardens everywhere are flourishing with zucchinis 
. Also, thanks to my neighbor Rachael who has been providing me with the zucchinis and also tips on how she uses them. Thanks Priya for letting me host the event.
