For this month’s We Knead to Bake, we were given the choice to bake a pizza that is different from the usual ones. I was definitely excited because kids love pizza and it was an opportunity for me to change it a bit. I already had the dough in the freezer made using this recipe.
I made a small change to the usual pizza by using sun-dried tomato hummus instead of pizza sauce. The result was a yummy pizza that was loved by all. Each bite had the goodness of hummus along with the toppings. Off to the recipe.
