Friends, I have been tagged by Sangee of Typical Indian Cooking to play the seven links tag game. This is an interesting game which gives us the opportunity to dig through our archives. Now how is this game played? There are 7 categories and one has to pick a post which meets that category from their blog. We then tag 7 people to continue the game.
The categories and my picks are as follows. Thanks Sangee for tagging me.
The most beautiful post :
This has to be the mysore pak. I just loved everything about it and posted it for my 100th post. It will remain special and beautiful forever because it was a big milestone for me.
The most popular post :
I baked this Classic White Cake with Strawberry Buttercream frosting for my daughter’s 3rd birthday since she wanted a pink cake. I received a lot of comments and views for it. Since that was the first time I was making a 2 layer cake I was pretty nervous, but it all turned out well as you’ll can see.
The most controversial post :
I don’t think I have any controversial posts.
The most helpful post :
I consider my “How to make” posts to be helpful ones since most of the time people look for basics. Making paneer was a breeze since I have done that many times before, but making ghee was a funny experience. I had to call my mom every now and then updating her on the status of how it looks on the stove and getting the next step. Recently I made ghee again and it was a breeze.
The post that was surprisingly successful :
I normally don’t expect too many comments or views if I am posting a common day to day recipe. That was the case for this mushroom pulao also. But I received a lot of comments and I was surprised.
The post that did not get the attention it deserved :
Like others have said this is one of my early posts. You’ll can say that from the picture itself . I think bitter gourd pitlai is a delicious recipe using healthy ingredients.
The post I am proud of would be :
What else can this be other than my brocolli tofu bonda. For the first time I was thinking outside the box using an unfamiliar ingredient tofu. I loved the picture, the response and the views. It is also a low calorie version made using the kuzhi paniyaram pan.
Now my turn to tag 7 people.
