English Muffin Bread (No Knead)

I have recently been into no knead bread and when my friend Sangee mentioned this bread, I immediately tried it. Like the name says, there is no kneading involved and no huge mixer bowls to clean in my case. I have to say that I am pretty impressed with the bread and it is extremely easy to put together. If the bread does not involve butter, it is a bonus for me since softening butter is not my favorite thing to do. The bread was moist and perfect for sandwiches. Off to the recipe.
Recipe from here.

Mix milk, water and yeast. Mix bread flour, salt and sugar.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a spatula. Allow dough to rise and double.
When ready, divide dough into two portions and scoop into greased loaf pans. Spread the dough and sprinkle corn meal. Allow the loaves to rise and double.
When ready, bake in a preheated 375F oven for about 35 - 40 min until the loaves are brown. Allow to cool and slice.
2. Mix salt, bread flour and sugar.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.
4. You will have a sticky dough. Allow to double.
5. Dough has doubled.
6. Divide dough into two portions roughly. Scoop into greased loaf pans.
7. Spread the dough evenly and sprinkle with corn meal. Allow to rise again.
8. The dough has doubled. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 35 - 40 minutes until loaves are brown.
9. Out of the oven.
Enjoy!
