Indian flat bread stuffed with peas.
Make a dough with the ingredients under "For Dough". Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Powder the pottukadalai and keep aside. Thaw the frozen peas and blend along with chilly and ginger.
Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add the peas paste, pottukadalai powder, salt, turmeric and cumin powder. Saute for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool and make small balls of the mixture.
Pinch balls off the dough and roll into a circle. Place the mixture on it. Pinch edges to seal. Roll out again.
Heat a tawa and place the rolled paratha. After a few seconds flip it. Add a tsp of oil around the edges. Flip again after 30 seconds or so. Drizzle a tsp of oil again. When both sides are golden brown remove from tawa. Serve with pickle.
