Bhel Puri (Poori)

With just a few days left for my event and giveaway to end, I have been scrambling to finish posting all the chaats that I had made a few months ago. Chaat is an Indian street food and is quite addictive. There are tons of variations and it is easy to put together. I have tasted this in restaurants, but never thought I would be making it at home.
If you are sailing in the same boat, I invite you to give this a try. There is no hard and fast rule and you can add or omit ingredients according to your convenience. Since puffed rice becomes soggy pretty soon, please consume the chaat as soon sa you prepare it while the puffed rice is crunchy. Sadly, I did end up eating soggy chaat since I cannot throw away the bowl used for the picture. It still tasted good, but obviously lacked the crunch. Off to the recipe.

Tasty snack with puffed rice, vegetables and more.
