Seppankizhangu / Arbi Fry

Colocasia Fry | Cooks JoyThis is a simple fry with seppankizhangu(arbi) that goes well with rasam rice. As a picky eater, I was not fond of arbi as a kid. Things change and these days I seem to like this fry more than potatoes. Due to the lacking of Indian stores in my area, some vegetables become even more of a delicacy and arbi is surely one :) . You can add a sprinkle of pepper powder at the end to add more punch to the dish as well. Off to the recipe.
