Watercress Keerai Kootu | Cooks JoyI have posted a ton of kootu recipes until now. Kootu is a lentil based gravy dish and has a ton of variations. It goes well with rice or as a side dish for roti. This is the first time I am using fresh watercress leaves and the kootu tasted delicious. You can add cabbage, spinach, green beans, carrot, beetroot, etc. Off to the recipe.
