My kids love dinner rolls and I love experimenting with the various shapes of dinner rolls available. I have used a combination of wheat and white flour, but you can use all white if needed. This is a fun kind of roll to make with kids. I had earlier posted crescent rolls and plain rolls. Off to the recipe.

Clover leaf shaped dinner rolls.
Make a dough with the given ingredients. Knead until you have a soft pliable dough. Allow dough to rise and double in volume.
Divide dough into 4 pieces. Divide each into 3. Divide each of these 3 pieces into 4. You will end up with 48 pieces.
Grease a muffin pan and place 3 balls into each hole. Allow the balls to rise again.
Brush tops with milk. Bake at 350F for about 15 - 20 minutes until the rolls are done.
2. Dough has doubled.
3. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Divide each into 3. Divide each of these 3 pieces into 4. You will end up with 48 pieces.
