Asparagus Quinoa Pulao

Looking for healthy quinoa recipes? This is a simple and healthy recipe with quinoa and is perfect for those busy weeknights. If you are not into asparagus, feel free to add any vegetable of choice. If you like the asparagus to be crisp, then saute it first and keep aside. When the quinoa is cooked, add the asparagus and mix. Off to the recipe.

Tasty pulao with quinoa and asparagus.
Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add onions and garlic and saute until onions are cooked.
Add the rest of the ingredients except cilantro and cook until quinoa is done. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes for me. Fluff with fork and garnish with cilantro.
