Garlic adds a lot of flavor to bread and this is a tasty snack to make for the evenings or as a side for dinner. You can bake the bread fresh like I did or use store brought bread making it easy. You can bake bigger version of this bread or make this one without the stuffing.
Also, you can use any herb of choice. I have used cilantro because that is usually present in my kitchen for the most part. Off to the recipe.

Tasty bread baked with cilantro-garlic mixture.
Slice bread. Crush garlic and mix with other ingredients except bread.
Spread mixture on both sides of each piece and bake in a 400F oven for 10 minutes covered. Then uncover and bake for 10 - 15 minutes until the top is crispy.
2. Coarsely pound the garlic.
3. Take garlic and rest of the ingredients except bread.
4. Mix well.
5. Spread the mixture on each side of the bread. Bake (covered) at 400F for 10 minutes and then uncovered for 10 - 15 minutes until the top is crispy.
6. Out of the oven.
Enjoy!
