Another recipe that was introduced to me by my friend Rachel. While talking over her Thanksgiving plans, she mentioned these rolls and also sent some over once she made it. They were soft and pillowy and the kids loved the shape. Of course kids love cute things
. Got the recipe from her and it was pretty simple and straightforward.
A little bit of patience is needed to roll it into the shape, but apart from that it is a breeze. They were so soft and the rolls were all gone in a matter of minutes. The dough can be used to form any shape as desired. Off to the recipe.

Fluffy crescent shaped rolls.
Mix the ingredients for dough and knead until you have a soft and elastic dough that is not sticky. Set aside to double in volume.
Divide into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into a circle (6 - 8 inches roughly) and cut into 6 triangles. Roll each triangle from the wide edge and curl the ends. Place on a greased baking sheet and allow to rise again.
Brush tops with milk or egg and bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 15 - 20 min until the tops are golden brown. Cool on wire rack and serve.
2. Place in an oiled bowl and allow to rise.
3. Dough has doubled in size.
4. Divide into four pieces.
5. Roll each piece into a 6 - 8 inch circle roughly and cut into 6 triangles.
6. Take each triangle.
7. Roll starting from the wide end.
8. Curl the edges. Repeat for all pieces.
9. Place on a greased baking sheet and allow to rise again.
10. After an hour.
11. Brush with milk or egg and bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 15 - 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
12. Out of the oven.
