Snow Peas Soya Chunks Kuruma | Cooks JoyKuruma is basically a gravy dish and often includes coconut and is served with rotis, dosai, idli and so on. Sometimes cashews are also added for the richness. While browsing through one of my cookbooks, I came across the recipe for peas kuruma. I decided to try the same with snow peas and soya chunks. Snow Peas Soya Chunks Kuruma | Cooks JoyThis was a welcome change to the usual snow peas stir fry that I normally do and we had it with rotis. Recipe adapted from Chef Damu cookbook.
