Breakfast is supposed to be a filling meal and with the fast-paced life, it has become very hard to find time for the same. This is an easy breakfast idea that is very nutritious and can be put together in minutes the previous night itself. Chia seeds is also new to me and I am slowly incorporating it into our meals.
You can add any choice of dry fruits and customize it to taste. Here, I added dates, blue berries and cranberries. Yogurt gives a tangy flavor and the dry fruits give a subtle sweetness. Do not forget the salt to balance the flavors. My friend Rachel does something similar with kefir that is on my list to explore in the near future. For now, this is my new favorite breakfast. Off to the recipe.

Healthy breakfast with oats and more.
