Onion Paratha | Cooks JoyThis is a flat bread made with whole wheat flour and onions. I tasted this first at my friend’s house and got the recipe from her. Since we add the onions to the dough, there is no stuffing involved. The onions give a mild sweet taste to this yummy bread. We had it with a simple tomato pickle. Off to the recipe.
