French Toast

French toast is for day 6 of the blogging marathon. After the heavy eggplant parmesan yesterday, we are into a simple and easy French toast today. If something is simple to make I think once, twice, thrice and so on as to whether I should make it for the blog. Then, I convince myself that a new cook might want to know the basic things.

The toast is very simple to make, but I decided to use homemade bread for the same. Recipe of the bread will be posted soon. We drizzled some maple syrup over the toast and we loved it. Butter gives a nice color and flavor to the toast and maple syrup is optional. Off to the easy recipe.

Check out the Blogging Marathon page for the other Blogging Marathoners doing BM#15.
