I have recently been into no knead bread and when my friend Sangee mentioned this bread, I immediately tried it. Like the name says, there is no kneading involved and no huge mixer bowls to clean in my case. I have to say that I am pretty impressed with the bread and it is extremely easy to put together. If the bread does not involve butter, it is a bonus for me since softening butter is not my favorite thing to do. The bread was moist and perfect for sandwiches. Off to the recipe. Recipe from here.
