I love chaats and it is easy to put those together if you have the basic chutneys on hand. This recipe uses dates and has been on my list forever. It is actually pretty simple to make and pressure cooking made the job easy for me. I actually could not stop tasting the chutney because it was way too delicious . There was a perfect blend of sweetness, tartness and so on. We enjoyed the chutney with various chaats. I had posted a chutney earlier with no dates as well. Off to the recipe.
