Deep fried snacks are loved by all and this is an easy snack that can be put together with ingredients on hand. Usually we use bengal gram flour for pakoda, but I have used moong flour instead. The fritters were crispy and go perfectly as a side to sambar or rasam rice. They can also be had as a snack. There are a lot of variations like spinach pakoda, cabbage pakoda, etc. Off to the recipe.
