Potato Murukku | Cooks JoyWishing everyone a happy Diwali. Hope everyone enjoyed the festival with loads of sweets and savories. I made these murukkus over the weekend and the whole process was like a crash course right from preparing to taking pictures before the darkness sets. Thanks to the time change, it now gets dark at 4 pm itself. Anything deep fried has to taste good right :) and this snack is no exception and the kids enjoyed it. Off to the recipe.
