Bitter Gourd Chips | Cooks JoyBitter gourd is one of my favorite veggies out there. On a recent trip to the Indian store, I bought a bunch of these to make pitlai. But due to time constraints I ended up making these easy chips. They were crispy and went perfect with rice. I have also tried baking them earlier, but you need to keep a close eye as they burn pretty easily.Bitter Gourd Chips | Cooks JoyNot many people are fond of this vegetable, but as chips they might want to give it a try. My kids tried it and said that it was bitter :) . We loved it and enjoyed the munchies a lot. Off to the recipe.
