Bitter Gourd Chips (Pavakkai Chips)

Bitter gourd is one of my favorite veggies out there. On a recent trip to the Indian store, I bought a bunch of these to make pitlai. But due to time constraints I ended up making these easy chips. They were crispy and went perfect with rice. I have also tried baking them earlier, but you need to keep a close eye as they burn pretty easily.
Not many people are fond of this vegetable, but as chips they might want to give it a try. My kids tried it and said that it was bitter
. We loved it and enjoyed the munchies a lot. Off to the recipe.

Deep fried bitter gourd slices.
Slice the bitter gourds. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients and mix gently. Heat oil and deep fry in small batches until crispy.
2. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on it.
3. Mix gently.
4. Heat oil and deep fry in small batches until they are crispy.
5. Crispy chips ready for munching.
Enjoy!
