Mashed Potato Curry | Cooks JoyPotatoes are so versatile and I am one happy gal even if there are just potatoes in the kitchen. There are so many dishes that can be made with it and it will never disappoint you. This is a curry with mashed potatoes and my mom normally makes this to go with a spicy kuzhambu. The dish not only goes well with rice, but also with Indian bread. It is pretty forgiving like most Indian dishes and you can make it more dry or watery according to need.
