We all love to have chilled beverages during the summer and I have been experimenting with a lot of smoothies. Like with avocado smoothie, I used banana to mask some of the raw spinach flavor. I used fat free milk and since I wanted to retain the lovely green color, I added just a few strawberries. Overall it is another smoothie that I would prepare any time I have fresh spinach. Off to the recipe.
1. You can also use banana that has not been frozen.
2. Adjust the quantity of spinach to taste.

1. Take all ingredients in a blender.2. Blend well. Serve chilled.
