The family loves spinach and I always look out for new ways to cook spinach. My mom usually makes something similar with cabbage and I decided to use spinach. It is a perfect accompaniment to spicy kuzhambu since this fry is mildly spiced. I normally have a few bags on spinach in the freezer and that makes it easy to put this dish together. The bonus is that my kids like it too. Have a safe and fun filled holiday weekend everyone. Off to the recipe.
