Cantaloupe Smoothie (Muskmelon Juice)

Do you like cantaloupe? Growing up I cared very less for this fruit. The only thing we kids liked about it were the seeds. We patiently used to clean the seeds, dry them in the sun and then munch on them. It used to take a few days to dry out completely and we used to wait patiently. Well, those were the days before the electronic boom and these small things were our entertainment.
I have used milk, but you can use water if needed for the juice. If you have a hard time eating cantaloupe like me, then all I can say is blend it and gulp it
. OK, may be not gulp it because it tasted good. Off to the recipe.
Peel the cantaloupe and slice into two. Remove seeds and dice into cubes.
Take cantaloupe, sugar and milk in a blender and blend well. Serve immediately or chill and serve.
