You could try. I think it might take a longer time to bake due to the size of the loaf.

These scones look interesting and I would like to try making these.

I am thinking of putting the dough into a loaf pan and bake it as bread. Hope this works out. What do you think?

Kalyani, I have not tried the eggless version. You could try it with yogurt. I shall update the post when I make the eggless version.
