Today is a healthy and easy recipe. I recently won a giveaway by Amibikaskitchen and received the wonderful book “Anjum’s New Indian”. Flipping through the pages of the book, the first recipe that caught my attention was this spinach and rice dumpling since we love spinach. Added to that I had tons of fresh spinach waiting to be used in the fridge.
We paired the dumplings with some mango pickle the first day and then with kuzhambu for lunch the next day. The book has tons of interesting recipes to try and I am hoping to get to them slowly . Thanks Ambika for the giveaway. Off to the recipe. Recipe from “Anjum’s New Indian”.
