These cookies look amazing. The best part is that I have all the ingredients needed to make them. Although I must admit, I almost googled “pista” to learn about this mysterious ingredient. Then I realized you meant pistachios. LOL Thanks again for sharing!

Can you clarify the amount of flour, 11 cups? Or 2 3/4 cups (11 1/4 cups). I’m confused.

You used wax paper, which is probably why thing stuck. Parchment paper is very different…

Love, love, love shortbread! Have a recipe for cranberry pistachio biscotti (Giada De Laurentiis) which includes meyer lemon peel. May need to do a side by side comparison for cookie exchange.
