Kuzhi Paniyaram (Savory Version)

Ingredients
Idli batter about 2.5 cups
2 tbsp channa dal soaked (bengal gram dal)
1 small onion
2 green chillies
1 small carrot grated
1/4 cup sooji (rava)
Method
Take the dosa batter and add the soaked channa dal.
Add chopped onion and chillies.
Add grated carrots.
Add sooji (rava).
Mix well. Dilute the batter using little water if necessary. Consistency should be that of dosa batter.
Heat a kuzhi paniyaram pan and pour 1/4 tsp oil in each groove. Pour the batter in the grooves. Keep the heat at a medium so that the inside gets cooked properly.
After few minutes flip over the paniyarams. Remove when both sides are cooked.
