Avocado Chapati

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup mashed avocado (about 2 avocados)
Salt to taste
Water to make the dough
Oil to make chapatis

Method
Scoop out the flesh from the avocados using a spoon. Refer to this post on how to remove the avocado pit.
Crumble the mix together.
Fold again forming a triangle.
Roll out the triangle.
Heat a tawa and place the rolled chapati.
Cook both sides until done. Use a little oil for both sides.
That is it. Tasty and soft avocado chapati ready. We had it with soya chunks curry.
