Ingredients
1 cup soya chunks (soaked in warm water for 15 minutes)
1 small onion
1 cup potato (mashed)
1/2 cup peas boiled or steamed
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1/4 cup coriander leaves
Oil to shallow fry
For Dipping the Patties
Bread Crumbs
1 – 2 tbsp oats powdered

Method
Powder the oats and mix with bread crumbs and keep aside.
Soak the soya chunks in warm water for 15 minutes. They plump up on soaking.
Squeeze out as much water as possible.
Add onions to the soya chunks and chop finely. Use a chopper or food processor.
Add mashed potatoes and peas.
Add the spice powders and salt. (Chilly powder, chat masala and cumin powder). Mix well.
Add breadcrumbs and mix.
Add coriander leaves and mix.
Coat the patty with breadcrumbs-oats mixture.
Place the patties in the pan.
Flip over in few minutes. Flip over again if needed. We want a nice golden color on both sides.
Yummy cutlets with ketchup. Ready to dive in.
