20 fingerling potatoes sliced lengthwise
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (optional)
Pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp chaat masala (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
1. Use any herb of choice and toss.
Fingerling potatoes washed and ready to be sliced. Don’t they look pretty?
Slice each potato into half.
Take the sliced potatoes in a bowl.
Add red chilly powder.
Add cumin seeds.
Add turmeric powder.
Add chaat masala.
Add olive oil.
Toss them all to combine.
Lightly spray a baking sheeet. I have placed foil for easy cleanup. Spray the foil if using. Arrange on a single layer with the cut side down.
Bake at 425F for 30 minutes or so until they look all wrinkled and smell great.
Ready to be devoured. Eat it as a side dish or a snack.
