These finished ones are great, I suppose the "pleating" and then the pinwheel incorporates air to make them airy and fluffy.
I had to go over it a couple times from the photograph of the rolled out thinly dough with the hand over it. The next picture showed strands intertwined and I got confused. My spouse says to just fold a small pleat from the edge, reverse a fold etc until all rolled up.
This might be too advanced for me right now. And who is Sari? CM.
